Le Meurice Hotel, Paris – Chef John Argaud
When you cook under the name of Alain Ducasse, you have to be a real talented Chef. So it is no wonder to discover at Le Meurice one the most inspired Chefs from the new French generation. John Argaud, the hotel’s Executive Sous Chef, was born in 1985, in a suburb of Paris, but he spent his childhood in the Perigord region, near Bordeaux. He was always attracted by the French cuisine and gastronomy. After high school he applied for the Ferrandi French cooking school in 2004 where he graduated with a cooking bachelor for which he had been awarded as top in his year.
